The crew that came out accidentally demoed the front sidewalk while prepping the front entry area (tearing out old tiles and creating a level surface for the new concrete). The demo was less than 15 minutes; I was occupied and didn’t catch the error until it was too late. I immediately contacted Matthew and he had the crew complete the repair at no cost to me. Such integrity as this, and the fact that I didn’t have to fight the issue with Matthew to make things right, was such a relief. The sidewalk came out great and the work was done in a timely manner and the clean up was great as well. Definitely recommend!
